4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may not appear continuously. Tracking information is generally updated when the shipment reaches its next transit point.

A lack of movement or updates in the tracking status does not necessarily mean that your shipment is not being processed.

For shipments to major markets, tracking information typically updates within a few days and rarely remains unchanged for 5–7 days.

5. What to Do If Tracking Has Not Updated

If your tracking information has not changed for several days, please allow some additional time for the carrier to process and scan the shipment.

If the tracking status remains unchanged for an unusually long period, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist you as best we can.
